• Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any opened or consumed items.
• Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laduree.com.mt We will investigate and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

• Deliveries are made according to our delivery policy below. We are not liable for any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.
